A limited number of tickets are still available to Village Preservation’s Brokers Partnership Comedy Night.
Tonight’s event is a fundraiser to support the Rebecca Ritter Daniels Scholarship. Rebecca was a great supporter of Village Preservation and the Brokers Partnership. Her presence has been missed. In her honor, Rebecca’s friends and family have developed a scholarship fund to support the educational mission of the Brokers Partnership.
The Village Preservation Brokers Partnership was started by local brokers to educate the real estate community about historic preservation work. It is is run by a group of volunteer brokers who host events and offer a popular continuing education program.
Brokers Partnership member Tom Cooper gives his time and energy to the Partnership because “its events and its Continuing Education series are eye openers for brokers who both work in and love the Village, as are all the great events that the Society presents. Through these interactive activities we get so see, participate in, and learn about elements of the Village that are not only personally satisfying to absorb but professionally rewarding as well: The more we know the neighborhood, the better we can share our knowledge of the Village and serve our Village clients, which can have a positive impact on any broker’s bottom line.”
