Development and Administration Associate
Jena Hinton (pronouns: she/her) is our Development and Administration Associate, helping to deepen and expand our community engagement working on membership, fundraising, and database management activities. Prior to taking on this position, Jena had been an intern with our organization since September 2021 — she was named our Arthur A. Levin Intern for Cultural History in July 2022 — and collaborated on various research, programming, and archival projects. She was also assistant curator for Village Voices 2022, our wildly successful benefit and public art exhibition. Jena was born and raised in Houston, and moved to Greenwich Village to attend New York University in 2018. She graduated magna cum laude in May 2022 with her bachelor’s degree in public policy and minors in psychology and data science.
