Village Preservations’ highly acclaimed continuing education classes are available online this May, and we are excited to now offer the course at a highly discounted rate to people not acquiring the continuing education credits. 

Taught by a talented group of professionals, our remote learning lessons will include virtual walking tours and museum visits on historic preservation, the NYC Landmark Law, and practical tips for brokers; the stylistic development of townhouses, apartment buildings, and tenements; the evolution of regulatory reforms and zoning laws that shaped urban design and building types in the context of socio-economic, cultural, and political forces; and the realities of working with the Department of Buildings (DOB) and other NYC regulatory bodies today.
