Pre-Orders for Greenwich Village Building Sets Made from Genuine LEGO Bricks End Tuesday, July 16
It’s your last chance to pre-order our limited-edition Greenwich Village Building Sets made with genuine LEGO bricks — pre-orders will close next Tuesday, July 16 at 11:59 pm, so purchase one now!
The set features a collection of architecturally and culturally significant places in Greenwich Village — from Village Cigars and the Stonewall Inn to Jefferson Market Library and the quaint streets surrounding Washington Square Park. Designed by Peacham, a creative agency committed to making history fun and cool, the Greenwich Village Building Set captures in miniature one of the world’s most storied and enchanting neighborhoods, renowned for its unique character and lively spirit. Full proceeds from the sale of each set benefit Village Preservation.
Our original run sold out in just days, and so we’re making one more limited-production run based upon pre-orders. Sets will be produced and shipped in three to four months, and will be worth the wait, we promise! You will receive an email update when your order ships.
And if you can’t get enough of Greenwich Village and LEGOs, join us on July 23 at 6 pm for our virtual program “Imagining Greenwich Village in LEGO: The Making of a First-of-its-Kind Building Set,” with Christopher Devine of Peacham, the creative genius behind the set. Learn more about how it came to be, Christopher’s creative work, how the sites were chosen and the sets and signs constructed and designed, as well as what the future holds for LEGO-based depictions of our neighborhoods.
