APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS – The applicant work with staff to refine the design, including the height of the gate, framing details, and number, sizing, and placement of the posts.

CB Resolution Recommends:
Therefore be it resolved that CB2 Manhattan recommends denial of the legalization of the existing gate and that a new design respecting the existing delicate ironwork and the usual standards for gates in the district be presented to a public meeting.
