11/02/2016: At today’s public hearing at the LPC the rooftop addition was approved with the following modifications: that the the penthouse be lowered and the HVAC and flue extensions be modified to reduce visibility, in consultation with staff.

08/09/2016: The windows portion for this application was approved at today’s LPC hearing.

08/05/2015: Applicant will present only the windows portion of the application to the LPC on 08/09/2016.

07/18/2016: CB2 denied approval of the proposed windows.  Also, they laid over the penthouse portion of the application asking the applicant to return with more complete information and pictures of a mock-up.
