NO ACTION: Commissioners requested that the applicants refine the design of the proposed storefront so that more of the historic fabric is retained.
Community Board 2 Meeting – July 17th, 2025
CB Resolution Recommends: Recommends denial of the demolition of the intact, pristine ground floor facade of a residential building that contributes to the character and integrity of the block in the oldest historic district of Greenwich Village.
