The applicant did not appear at the Community Board 2 hearing on July 18th. Therefore we assume that the applicant has been laid over from the July 26th Landmarks Preservation Commission public hearing. We will update this site as soon as we have more information.

Status as of July 13th, 2011:
This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing on Monday, July 18th, 2011, at 6:30 pm in the NYU Silver Building, 32 Waverly Pl. Room 208 (as these details are subject to change, please visit the Community Board’s calendar for the most up-to-date information). Public attendance and testimony are welcome. The application will then be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on July 26th.
