PAST HEARING/MEETING DATES and DECISIONS

LPC Public Hearing – January 14th, 2025
Approved with Modifications: The top floor windows be lowered to align with the neighbor as per the original approval; and that the new rear cornice be dropped to match the original roofline, and the resulting exposure of roofing materials be cut back to the extent that code permits, and clad in an appropriate material/color to be approved by staff.

Community Board 2 Meeting – December 12th, 2024
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Approval of the repairs and modification of the rear facade; and
B. Agrees that the design of the stairs merits approval of revocable consent for the intrusion onto the sidewalk.
