LAID OVER
Community Board 2 Meeting – May 12th, 2025
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Approval of the demolition of the extension and the welcome more shallow extension providing a
larger garden; and
B. Denial of the rooftop addition and glass railing and that it be replaced with a design that is in
harmony with the historic building; and
C. Denial of the design for the rear facade unless there has a less bold delineation with historic
reference between the basement and parlor floors, that the parlor floor have a more important lintel,
and that the windows on the second and third floors are a historic double hung wooden windows with
historically informed lintels of a historic design according to the standard for similar buildings in the
district
