LPC Public Hearing – January 7th, 2025
Approved with modifications: That the applicant works with staff to verify that the finish will be guaranteed to last the full warranty period of the window; and that the track that is exposed to the street side will be of a finish to match the rest of the window.

Community Board 2 Meeting – December 12th, 2024
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Denial of the non-historic material (fiberglass) for the windows as being a non-historic material;
B. Approval of the design of the windows and the surround as agreed.
