At the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on August 2nd, the Commission voted to approve the application with modifications. They asked that the cornice be constructed of metal.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on this application, originally scheduled for July 26th, has been postponed to August 2nd.

This applicant presented the proposal to the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee at their public hearing on Monday, July 18th. This application will be shown to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on July 26th. See above for photos.
