Community Board 2 Meeting – June 12th, 2025
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Denial of the infill unless it closely references the proportions and design of the historic
photographs especially with respect to configuration and proportion and uses the grade level
as the reference point; and
B. Approval of the restoration and replacement of grill work beneath the windows; and
C. Denial of the marquees as unsuitable to the historic building; and
D. Denial of the intrusive ramps and that a method for ADA entrances be devised that occupies
less sidewalk space; and
E. Approval of the rooftop equipment and elevator bulkheads
