PAST HEARING/MEETING DATES and DECISIONS
LPC Public Hearing – July 9th, 2024
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: That the proposed replacement residential door design be refined to match the details and and articulation of the historic door, and reuse the decorative carved woodwork if feasible; and that the details of the storefront cornice also be worked out with staff.
Community Board 3 Meeting – June 11th, 2024
Community Board Resolution Recommends:
Approval of the application, with the recommendations that the historic doors to the residence not be replaced, but be repaired and retained; that the storefront cornice be projected out above the LED cove to allow for more articulation in keeping with the historic cornice as seen in the 1940s photo.
