PAST HEARING/MEETING DATES and DECISIONS

LPC Public Hearing – April 8th, 2025
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: That the applicants work with staff to determine the feasibility of lowering the elevator bulkhead using an alternative elevator system; and to ensure that the detail for the header over the double-height door system at the rear be either of a brick or stone material that matches other lintels on the facade, in consultation with staff.

Community Board 2 Meeting – March 13th, 2025
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Approval of the front window and the elevator tower and rooftop structure; and
B. Approval of the removal of the demolition of the non-historic rear additions; and
C. Approval of the rear upper stories’ double hung windows; and
D. Denial of the basement and parlor floor window unless it is modified with divisions to define the
separation of the two floors and break up the large expanse of glass with some reference to historic
design and detailing.
