At the public hearing on June 1st, 2010, the application was denied (please see photos under the May 25th status).

Status as of May 25th, 2010:
This application will be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on June 1st, 2010. The applicant is proposing to remove the cornice (which is a state of deterioration) and construct in its place a brick parapet wall. With this change, the total height of the building would decrease by a few inches.
