6/27/2023 LPC: APPROVED.

5/2/2023 LPC: No Action. Some Commissioners supported the proposal as is, some supported the concept of a three-story rear addition but asked that the rear plane be simplified and the overall depth be further explored in this context, while yet others found that the height of the rear addition should be restudied.

4/13/2023: CB2 recommends approval with amendment to explore alternate proportions of the front stoop in order to create more sidewalk space and accessibility.

Please note: All LPC public hearings and public meetings are held at the Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, 9th floor north, public hearing room (unless otherwise noted).
