11/21/2017: At today’s public hearing, the LPC approved this application with the following modifications: that the height and massing of the addition be revised to minimize visibility from West 4th Street.
10/12/2017: The Landmarks Committee of Commmunity Board 2 asked the applicant to return with a more complete application (with visibility studies of the additions) and when a mock up was completed.
