Despite failing to appear before Community Board 2, the applicant did present the proposal at the public hearing of the Landmarks Preservation Commission on October 19th. The proposal is to legalize the removal of a non-historic stained glass window. The Commission approved the application.

Status as of October 12th, 2010:
Though originally scheduled to be present, the applicant failed to appear before the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee at their public hearing on October 12th. It is therefore unclear at this time whether or not the application will be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on October 19th.
