Application is to combine the buildings at the interior; at No. 66, replace windows with aluminum-clad wood sash at front facade, alter basement and add fence to match No. 64, reposition side facade windows, lower stucco base and remove doors; at No. 64 remove balconies at the rear, and reposition visible HVAC units to the roof; at both rear facades, modify masonry openings and windows/doors.
