LPC Public Hearing – July 9th, 2024
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: The applicants must work with staff to finalize the spacing between the pickets at the fencing to ensure some degree of transparency.

Community Board 2 Meeting – June 13th, 2024
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Approval of the planters, gates, marquee, and doors; and
B. Approval of the cladding of a portion of the facade with sheets of mottled stone provided that it is installed in a manner that gives the appearance of a solid covering without noticeable joints.
