The public hearing for this application, originally scheduled for September 6th, has officially been postponed to a date TBD.
Status as of August 31st, 2011:
The applicant failed to appear at the Community Board 2 hearing on August 29th. We therefore assume that the application will NOT be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on September 6th, as originally scheduled. We will update this site as soon as we have confirmation of this change.

This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing on Monday, August 29th in the NYU Silver Building, 32 Waverly Pl.
