10/27/2020: At today’s public meeting, the revised application was approved. The vote was unanimous.

09/24/2019: At today’s public hearing, the LPC took no action on this application. All of the Commissioners with the exception of one, objected to this plan and asked that the applicant revise their proposal and present at a future public meeting.
