This house had been demolished by 1940 and replaced with the two story industrial building visible in the bottom of the image, which was demolished in the early 2000s. The site has been partly built upon but the outline of the former house is currently still visible. This and surrounding buildings were landmarked as part of the 2008 NoHo Historic District Extension, for which Village Preservation advocated.
