LPC Public Hearing – July 19th, 2022
Approved with modifications: the Commission stipulated that that the applicant work with the staff on the details of the proposed ironwork to approximate that of the adjacent building; that the size and placement of the fenestration at the top floor of the rear facade be retained; that the applicant explore the design of the parlor floor windows at the rear façade to better integrate into the assembly; and that the applicant define the lintels and sills at the rear façade.
