1) From the LPC agenda: Three Greek Revival style rowhouses, built in 1836-37 and altered in the 19th century. Application is to install a cornice, enlarge chimneys, and install a deck, stair-bulkhead, HVAC equipment, railings and planters at the roofs.

As of:

  • 4/7/15: Application approved with modifications at today’s LPC hearing, and is now closed.
  • 3/12/15: Application rescheduled for the 3/16 community board meeting. LPC hearing date is as yet unknown.
  • 2/13/15: This application was not heard at last night’s community board meeting. We will upload the application as soon as it is available at the LPC.
