This seven-story neo-Classical/Romanesque–style loft building was designed in 1894 by Cleverdon & Putzel for Philip Braender. It features richly detailed cast-iron work on the first two floors and intricate brick and stonework (shown in the next two photos) on the floors above. Since 1940 the ground floor has housed the family-owned business Seidenberg Antiques.
