Registration Open for Spring Continuing Education Classes

Taught by a talented and knowledgeable mix of professionals in the field, our Spring Continuing Education course will teach you about history and architecture, historic preservation, practical tips for real estate professionals, and the evolution of regulatory reforms and zoning laws that shaped urban design and building types. You’ll also learn the realities of working with the Department of Buildings (DOB) and other NYC regulatory bodies today.
Our acclaimed 22.5-hour course includes all recent legal requirements including Cultural Competency, Ethical Business Practices, Recent Legal Matters, Implicit Bias Awareness, Agency Law, and Principles of Fair Housing and Discrimination.
This course is designed for real estate agents, but is open at a discounted rate to the general public not seeking credits. Breakfast is included each day.
