A Brutalist style residential complex designed by James Ingo Freed of I. M. Pei & Associates and built in 1964-67. Application is to modify the landscape and install a playground and assorted fixtures.

At the April 5th public hearing of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the Commission voted to approve the application.

Status as of March 18th, 2011
:
This application is scheduled to be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday, April 5th.

Status as of March 7th, 2011:
New York University presented its plans to Community Board 2’s Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee on March 7th. The hearing at the Landmarks Preservation Commission has not yet been scheduled.
