Status as of January 10th, 2012: LATEST NEWS
At the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on Tuesday, January 10th, the Commission voted to approve the application with modifications. The Commission felt that the material underneath is in such bad condition, but wants the applicant to find a color that isn’t quite so stark white with staff.

The application was presented to the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee on Tuesday, January 3rd. See above for photos. The application will be shown to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday, January 10th.
