At the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on May 3rd, the Commission voted to approve the proposal with modifications. They asked that the proposal overall size and number of lights be scaled down.

Status as of April 25th, 2011:
At the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee hearing on April 25th, the applicant presented the proposal that will be shown to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on May 3rd. The proposal is to install lighting and hanging signs on the canopies (on both the Little West 12th Street and the West 13th Street facades of the building).

This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at the Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing at on Monday, April 25th, 2011, at 6:30 pm in the NYU Silver Building, 32 Waverly Pl.
