10/08/2019: At today’s public meeting, the revised application was approved.

08/06/2019: At today’s public hearing, no action was taken on this application. The applicant was asked to make changes to the application in accordance with the commissioners’ comments and present the revised application at a future public meeting. The dicussion among the commissioners was as follows:

Commissioners Shamir-Baron, Gustafsson, Chapin, Holford-Smith and Chair Carroll were in general agreement: the studio window and top floor window at the rear should be preserved, the rear addition should be lowered by one floor, and the rooftop addition should be minimally visible or not visible. Commissioner Holford-Smith also urged the applicant to consider using a different cladding material than the Bluestone on the rooftop addition.
