LPC Public Hearing – February 27th, 2024
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS. The commission approved the application under the condition that it continues to undergo enhanced engineering oversight, that the upper two floors be retained, and that the applicant work with staff to set back the parapet and to study the rooftop equipment in terms of visibility.

Community Board 2 Meeting – February 13th, 2024
CB resolution recommended:
Approval of this application as a careful, respectful restoration and modification of a typical high stoop West Village row house, provided that care is taken with the excavation and underground construction to ensure the integrity of the house and neighboring structures.
