LPC Public Hearing – January 9, 2024
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: The sides of the dormers be clad with wood or substitute material that looks like wood, in lieu of the proposed standing seam metal; and that the excavation work be given an enhanced review.

Community Board 2 Meeting – December 14, 2023
CB resolution recommended:
A. Approval of the sensitive, authentic restoration of the house; and
B. Approval of the garden excavation and wall provided that care it taken with the underpinning to ensure that is done in such a way that the footing of the neighboring patio is not compromised.
