At the August 3rd public hearing, the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted to approve the application.

Status as of July 26th, 2010:
At the July 26th Community Board 2 Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee meeting, the applicant presented a proposal that will be shown to the Landmarks Preservation Commission on August 3rd, 2010. The proposal is to add a new window opening between two existing window openings on the south facade of the lower level penthouse.
